The house was planned in the style of a Loft.  It basically consists of one room.

The floor plan was adapted to the street line in order to optimize the use of the property  and placed with a minimal distance to the street.  

The property borders on two sides built-up neighbouring parcels, on one side of a public park and on the other side of the Quartierstrasse.
