Your electricity supply is never interrupted. You remain connected to your existing grid operator's network, only your supplier changes. The entire process from initial analysis to contract signing typically takes 4-6 weeks, with the online auction running 1-2 weeks.
Can I choose renewable energy and customise my requirements?
Absolutely. You specify all your preferences—from standard grid mix to 100% renewable energy (solar, hydro, wind), contract duration, price models, and more. Approximately 50 Swiss suppliers then bid according to your exact specifications.
What if I'm already in a contract or not satisfied with the offers?
